We support people with complex and diverse support needs, providing skilled, reliable and individualised care that is built around the person, their goals, their preferences and their life.
Our services include 24/7 Complex In-Home Care, High-Intensity Support, Neurological & Spinal Support, Clinical Support, Behavioural & Psychosocial Support, Mental Health & AOD Support, Palliative & End-of-Life Care, Personal Care & Daily Living Support, and Community Access & Participation.
Our experienced Support Workers are trained and supported to provide specialised care across a range of complex needs, including PEG and enteral feeding, seizure management, medication support, hoist transfers, manual handling and specialised equipment.
We understand that complex care requires the right people, the right skills, strong communication and genuine consistency. That’s why we take the time to understand each participant and carefully build support teams around their individual needs.
We work closely with participants, families, carers and wider support teams to provide care that is safe, respectful, dependable and genuinely suited to the individual because when it comes to complex care, getting it right matters and that’s exactly what we’re here to do.
