We provide 24/7 in-home support for people who require experienced, capable and consistent care, including high-intensity support, neurological and spinal care, clinical and behavioural support, palliative and end-of-life care, mental health and AOD support.
Our Support Workers are trained and supported to confidently provide specialised care, including PEG/enteral feeding, seizure management, medication support, hoist transfers, manual handling and support with specialised equipment. We work alongside participants, families and their wider support teams to deliver care that is safe, reliable and genuinely suited to the individual.
