New Wave Care began with a simple but powerful mission: to improve the quality of life for people living with disabilities through experience, empathy, and excellence in care. With over 30 years of hands-on experience as equipment specialists in the disability sector in Queensland, our founders developed a deep understanding of the daily challenges faced by individuals, families, and support networks.

That journey—working closely with therapists, healthcare professionals, and participants—shaped our commitment to delivering not just equipment, but real solutions. We saw firsthand that beyond physical tools, people needed personalised, respectful, and consistent care that met them where they are in life.

Driven by this vision, New Wave Care evolved into a comprehensive support service. Today, we proudly assist NDIS participants from the Sunshine Coast down to North Brisbane, offering tailored supports that empowers independence, dignity, and community connection.

Though our services have expanded, our heart remains the same: to walk alongside every participant with integrity, compassion, and decades of practical insight.
